Top: United States: MS: Oxford Description This multi-ethnic buffet offers a selection of 300 items from all over the world: Chinese, American, Mexican and more. The buffet also features a sushi bar and hibachi grill. Reviews review it add a link Show 10 | 20 | 30 | 50 reviews on each page Decent, affordable. Nothing on the buffet stood out as spectaular, but nothing was inedible, either. Overall, the food was better than some other buffets in the region, but it's still "quantity over quality". In addition to a smattering of Chinese-buffet stalwarts like honey chicken, egg rolls and crab angels, there were other dishes: baked ham, taco rolls, a mysterious seafood bake bread loaf thing and even baby lobster. No, I wasn't brave enough to sample the baby lobster OR the baby octopus. But I tried just about everything else. The seafood bake loaf thing had onions and some seafood wrapped inside a big bread-like loaf of pastry. Unusual, but good. And buttery. The egg rolls were smaller than normal, but seemed to have more meat inside than typical buffet fare. Even during the off-hour, the staff seemed to keep everything stocked and stirred, which is good. Temperature control was an issue, however. Some hot dishes were lukewarm at best, as was the pre-made sushi. There was a good selection of cubed and chunked fruits, and there may have been a salad bar — but I tend to ignore anything green and healthy at buffets. The tea was good, and pretty fresh. The wait staff cleared plates and refreshed the drinks quickly, too. That's always a plus. Overall, it was decent. And affordable, since it was just $6.50. I'm going to assume that was the lunch price. Even so, that's a good deal considering the variety of offerings. One could conceivably get stuffed without touching the traditional Chinese offerings.
