I have eaten at Oby's several times during my college career. They absolutly have the best New Orleans style poboys around. They add special touches that really complete the meal.    [26 Feb 2004 09:07:30]

Now I just had a few sandwiches at this place, but.. I am a food addict and I know bad food. This place is hyped up plenty with the tabasco decorations and the service is good enough to convince people who don't know any better that the food is good... It's not. The bread is just a notch below the stuff they pass for bread at Subway. There is more tomato lettuce mayo than meat. God help you if you get a Po-Boy for it will be mostly... Fried air chunks would be the best description.

Look, Lennys is better and cost next to nothing. Schlotzsky's is great and there are 2
McAllisters to eat at. And Jason's Deli is by the mall, ANY of which are FAR better and half the cost than Oby's.

If you must go at least get a salad to wash down the sandwich; you will feel less cheated.    [04 Sep 2007 10:25:56]
