GREAT pasta!!
Oh my gosh, how can one describe the experience that is Borrie's? A dark, noisy spot (thankfully non-smoking now, I think) that has the BEST pasta I've ever tasted. I don't know what they put in their meat sauce, but it's delicious. The meals are always consistent, so you always get a great dinner. It's not high-class fancy pasta, but if you have a hankerin' for ravioli or spaghetti, this is the place to go. The pasta comes with a nice house salad, too!    [14 Nov 2004 21:02:33]

A little pricey, but very tasty!
Borries is very good for seafood, pasta, and steaks. The ambiance is very cozy and now that it's smoke-free, well it's just better! And their homemade minestrone soup? Just don't get me started!    [10 May 2006 17:34:27]
