The service is stunning, the food delicious and the wines and atmosphere are breathtaking. C.I. is like no other restaraunt in Bozeman or the surrounding area. Don't Miss It! A Bozeman jewel
Andy's dishes are beautiful in presentation, delicious and creative in the variety of meals presented. My favorite is the walnut Ceasar salad, which can be served vegetarian, with chicken or salmon. All dishes are generously portioned.
The restaurant has a clean, peaceful atmosphere, with the option of outdoor dining, if desired and weather permitting. If any weakness were to be noted it would be in not having enough staff for the busy times.    [14 Nov 2006 12:15:32]
