Great find
We happened upon this little diner en-route to Glacier Nat'l park on motorcycles (from NC day#4). Ordered my usual 4-eggs over medium with bacon and 2 pancakes. "You obviously haven't been here before, but our pancakes are rather large'" was the reply from the lovely woman had already supplied us with coffee (no sweet tea again). I settled for one pancake which as described was the size of the plate and very fluffy. The eggs, quite tasty, had nearly white yolks (apparently due to Amish folks soaking the chicken's feet in flack seed oil) and were prepared perfectly over med (this is not common). The bacon was thick and tasty.

The only thing better than the incredible breakfast, was the atmosphere and genuine feeling that you are truly welcomed there. I only wished we could have stuck around for lunch. I thought about that place and smiled for miles down the road.    [08 Aug 2007 22:00:36]
