Regards Prime Rib Early Entree
This was the second time we had dinner at Curleys. (The first time was EXCELLENT. Everything was perfect. We had prime rib and it was delicious and tender.)

Second time: Prime Rib was ordered medium rare for myself and medium for my husband. Both came back almost well done and so tough we could not cut with a steak knife. Appeared shrunk up and to have been microwaved. Was not slow roasted quality as before - anyone could tell that it had been in the microwave. After sending back it was much better but not med rare or medium. Had better flavor but still not as good as the first time we came to the restaurant. It still had the look of "shrunk up" Scares a person into ever ordering it again. What a difference from the first time we came in.

Also when we go back again I would prefer to be seated away from the main street window and larger parties going on. The second room after entering would be better for us.
We will be back but may order something else. It is a disappointment when you expect the same perfect prime rib you have been waiting for all day and have skipped lunch just to enjoy the early entree special.

Other than the above it is a very fine place to eat.    [25 Sep 2004 11:26:22]
