Best Mexican North of the Border!
I have to say I was very surprised to find such a great mexican restaurant in Missoula, MT. I have just recently moved here from So. California and never thought I would find food of such good quality and value. Their beans are wonderful, the texture is so creamy and appealing. Eveything that I have had on the menu from tacos to enchiladas to huevos rancheros has been the best. The salsa they serve with the nice warm tortilla chips has a nice bite to it. The dishes always come very hot straight from the kitchen. The price of the food is very reasonable and the portion sizes are of medium size. The restaurant is a mixture of camp and mexican culture. The only downfall is that the service can be a bit slow at times and at lunch time and Friday nights they are very crowded.    [24 Feb 2004 18:26:40]
