In 2004, Southern Living Magazine has named Savoy one of the best Italian restaurants in the region. The menu includes world class dishes with a focus on fresh seafood (flown in 6 days a week), organic produce and specialty desserts. You'll find a full wine list and martini selection. Savoy is open for lunch and dinner with private parking. The restaurant also offers catering services.

Overrated
Quite possibly the most overrated restaurant in Asheville. Dishes range from "average" to "what were they thinking?" Service, however, is always outstanding, which I suppose fools people into thinking that they are having a high quality dining experience when the food really is pitiful, especially for the price. Nice decor, tables are a little close, and the bar could be bigger, but a classy feel nonetheless.    [27 Jan 2007 23:34:02]

Hit or Miss
Savoy is in serious need of an update to its decor and its menu. There is no excuse for a simple salad to not be perfectly fresh and beautifully plated. There is no excuse for a fresh corn risotto to leave a professional kitchen without somone noticing it looked like week old fried rice. Far too many misses for the money. At their price point they should be doing much better. Service was attentive but hardly outstanding.    [15 Jun 2007 17:41:55]
