In December 2002, Jenna and her longtime Chef and Kitchen Manager, Leisa Payne, opened Trillium, A Bistro in the new Eastwood Village development off Highway 74-A, East in the Reynolds community of Asheville at the gateway to Fairview.

Trillium employs some of the hottest young chefs now working in Asheville. The menu offers contemporary and innovative American cuisine ranging from Cajun to Asian with everything in between. Outdoor patio seating is available. The Sunday Brunch features live acoustic music.
Trillium offers front door parking and half-price wine appreciation day all day and evening every Monday.
