Description

This relatively small restaurant opened (for dinner only) on Queen Street, in the Beaufort historic district. The food is modern American cuisine without the prevalance of mango chutney and nut-crusted fish that has swamped so many menus. The atmosphere is restful and attractive.

Always Worth the Trip
You really can't go wrong with whatever you choose to order. If you don't know what you want, your helpful and well informed wait person will help you decide. Great wine list. I live nearby and with all the great places to eat out that I can choose from around here, Blue Moon is my favorite.    [27 Dec 2004 10:46:53]

Incredible Find
After living in eastern Carolina for years, my wife and I finally visited Blue Moon Bistro. We were delighted, we enjoyed the specials, she had grooper, I had tuna. Both were incredible.    [30 Jan 2006 20:40:09]
