I was visiting the Charlotte area and I was recommended to eat at Azteca Restaurant.

I have to say honestly, it was the best Mexican food that I have eaten. I loved the seasoning they used in their ground beef mixture. They also had a great cheddar cheese topping my beans, taco and enchilada. I order the hot salsa, wasn't the hottest I have had, but it was good. It was a tomatillo salsa with a good bite to it. My kids both had kid's meal and they had huge portions. I had the lunch special #31 and had more than enough to eat.

As a bonus, at the end of your meal, you get a fried tortilla with whipped cream and strawberry sauce. YUM YUM.    [17 Jul 2007 13:52:33]
