You've gotta hand it to Boardwalk Billy's. The place is trying like heck to add some excitement to Shoppes at University Place--and heartily succeeds. - CitySearch, Susan McDevitt - suggest change

Boardwalk Billy's is the Heart of University City
Since Boardwalk Billy's has moved next door the place has become a staple of University City. From their $5 lunch menu to the awesome fresh seafood to the late night entertainment, Boardwalk Billy's is my second home. I Hope to see you their.    [23 Feb 2006 12:42:10]
