The reason for Brixx's success can be summed up in one word: casual. At Brixx, the servers wear t-shirts and joke around with the customers. Thank goodness the food is no laughing matter. - CitySearch, Geoff Lutton - suggest change

Cheap but not good pizza dough
Downtown restaurant has great decor and a friendly staff. Large selection of reasonably priced draft beers (I think 20 to 30 on tap). Low cost, especially on $1.50 draft night.

Pizza toppings are very good and there is a very large selection of toppings. However, the pizza dough itself is horrible, tastes like cardboard. The owners need to go to culinary school and learn how to make good dough.    [28 Apr 2007 11:13:54]
