More than just a casual cafe
While visiting the Charlotte area, my family and I went to Cheddars to try a different restaurant than what was in our home area (DC). We discovered a great experience in Cheddars. So, anytime I am in the area, Cheddars is definitely one of my places to eat. Everything (service, price, atmosphere, quality, and portions) is great about them. I wish they were in my area. Lousy Management
Called ahead to reserve seating for State team returning home after a win. WAS TOLD to bring everyone that they had seats. When we arrived they said they have them, but don't hold them. TOTALLY RUINED THE NIGHT. We had to scramble to find other arrangements. The manager was so rude to our group.

Never again. Business must be that good that they don't need to try to accommodate anyone. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WERE 30 SEATS OPEN, but they wouldn't give them to us. I don't know if it was because some of us were of color? Terrible.    [04 Nov 2007 07:10:28]
