Down home down on the farm !
There can be no better greeting in a restaurant than to be made welcome. My Bob Evans makes me feel at home. They know me and prepare my food to suit me with no fuss if what I want is a little different than the main menu. I am received by waitresses who are well trained and smile a lot. Small talk appears from time to time but not enough to interfere with service for me or others. It makes my dinner more pleasant. I drink B.E fantastic Kool-aid every visit and they bring it to me as soon as I arrive somedays if they see me first. I eat at my Bob Evans 3 or 4 times a week. Of all the restaurants available in Beckley, they are the timeliest,cleanest, best choice of food and friendliest around...It is like going HOME......Sometimes I see my Dad there too.    [03 May 2002 13:29:43]

Duh, It's a big chain
This a standard chain place, granted better than most, but a chain. If you want something slightly different than the corporate menu, forget it. It's clean and dependble but nothing exceptional or memorable.    [19 Mar 2003 19:01:47]

Better than most breakfast chains
Bob Evans is expanding all over the country because it should. So many breakfast places are dirty and the food is greasy. Finally a nice atmosphere with good food too.    [30 Apr 2003 20:42:45]

You need my help
I eat at Bob Evans Restaurants all the time. At home, on vacation and any other time I get the chance. But there is one thing that realy bothers me is that your help do not know how to clean the stainless steel in your bathrooms. Don't get me wrong-the bathrooms are clean, but the stainless steel stalls are smeared because of what they are using to clean them with.
Please start cleaning them with alchol and there won't be one streak and they will also be germ free.
I live in a house that has a lot of glass and the alchol leaves everything streak free. I buy it at K Mart for .49 a bottle.    [15 Jan 2004 21:03:09]

Plenty!
I got more than I expected here and was full almost till evening. I ate most all on my plate and I am over 200 lb. and still felt like I should have gotten a go bag. Oh did I say good too!! Most places can't cook soft-scramble eggs like I want but never have i been disapointed at Evans. We arrived rigth at opening time and was not disapointed by having to wait for the grill to heat up, we were served right away.    [24 Jul 2004 07:26:20]

Best chicken salad in the world!!
