I Was Whelmed I wasn't overwhelmed or underwhelmed. Just whelmed.
It's a pretty standard Chinese restaraunt. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere (although the lighting could be better - I look so much better in dim light). The waitstaff was courteous and the cocktails ROCKED. The sweetie at the bar has a heavy hand. :)
We had beef and broccoli and some shrimp dish and it was good! [14 Dec 2003 19:17:16]

Great service, great food, small comfy atmosphere I've been going to the Bamboo House for years and I've never been disappointed. It's the best chinese restaurant around. They have extremely FAST service, which is more than I can say for most fast food restaurants. I highly recommend their General Tao's chicken, Mongolian Shrimp, and Peking Duck (should call ahead for the duck so that they can prepare and you won't have to wait). They have several vegetarian options (perfect for my veggie eating girlfriend) and she loves their Hunan Vegetables, Mapo Tofu and veggie spring rolls. Oh, and their egg rolls are seriously the best egg rolls I've ever had. So, their food is delicious but their service is just as good, making the whole dining experience (eating in or taking out) an enjoyable and satisfying one. [21 Mar 2006 08:51:14]

Best Chinese in Triangle I have been a patron for 21 years. Never had a bad dish. Service is always happy and quick. Try their Cantonese Chicken on the Dinner Menu. [08 Nov 2007 16:27:08]
