Ganache Restaurant Is Great We hvae eaten at Ganache a number of times in the past 3 months. The food is always outstanding and the service is good. We especially like The Savannah salad plate. The tuna salad is very tasty with just a little bit of a "bite" to it. The chicken salad is also very tasty. We have also eaten several of the specials of the day. The preparation is outstanding and the presentation is very appealing. I would recommend Ganache to anyone interested in a delightful meal. [21 Aug 2006 09:36:36]

Sweetnesses I've never had anything but their delicious desserts. They have a wide variety of baked goods that greet you, lovingly, at the door. Glass coolers holding delicacies from Cheesecakes to pies and cookies encourage salivating and they're not those dissapointments that look far better than they taste. No, there is no wrong dessert option at Ganache! On top of that, they serve great espresso drinks too! [23 Sep 2006 20:22:26]

Ganache is the name of the place I ate at Ganache a few weeks ago and while all we had was dessert I was disappointed. It was an out of class assignment to write a critique on desserts so it was a "sweet" assignment.
We had five different desserts, cakes, pies and cheesecake and the one thing I found in all things chocolate was they put WAY to much ganache on the cakes. I know the name of the place is ganache but come on 3/4 of an inch of seriously chocolate ganache on an already chocolate cake is a bit overpowering. However, the strawberry cake was off the charts, delicious.
The service was the best I have had in years, without exception. [15 May 2008 19:51:23]
