For ten plus years, Ganache was known as one of the finest bakeries in the Triad. Now a full service restaurant, Ganache still offers a plethora of baked goods but in addition serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a modern retro setting.
Full cakes for weddings and parties are available by order.

Ganache Restaurant Is Great
We hvae eaten at Ganache a number of times in the past 3 months. The food is always outstanding and the service is good. We especially like The Savannah salad plate. The tuna salad is very tasty with just a little bit of a "bite" to it. The chicken salad is also very tasty. We have also eaten several of the specials of the day. The preparation is outstanding and the presentation is very appealing. I would recommend Ganache to anyone interested in a delightful meal.    [21 Aug 2006 09:36:36]

Sweetnesses
I've never had anything but their delicious desserts. They have a wide variety of baked goods that greet you, lovingly, at the door. Glass coolers holding delicacies from Cheesecakes to pies and cookies encourage salivating and they're not those dissapointments that look far better than they taste. No, there is no wrong dessert option at Ganache! On top of that, they serve great espresso drinks too!    [23 Sep 2006 20:22:26]
