Poor Quality
At Black Rose you never know if you'll get bad food and bad service or on a very good night you'll only get one of those.
The only consistency here is poorly prepared or just bad tasting food. The service at Black Rose is excrutiating. The restaurant is usually understaffed and wholey uninformed about menu items and generally appear dazed and confused. They seem to be waiting for openings at Mickey D's.    [08 Jan 2008 13:19:21]

I wasn't impressed
I was very disappointed in my lunch experience at the Black Rose. The service was terrible; it took forever for the food to get to me, and they forgot my appetizer. By that time I had waited long enough, so I just ate my lunch, which was unflavorful and nasty. The waitress was awful.    [18 Jun 2008 13:43:53]

Try black rose again
I recently dined at Black Rose and had a wonderful experience. Excellent food...the Reuben is out of this world. My husband loved the Fish and Chips. Our server was on her toes the entire time. Glad I hadn't seen these reviews or I wouldn't have gotten to enjoy such a great experience.    [07 Dec 2008 00:34:04]
