Nice & spicy!
I had the bbq beef; my friend had the ribs... the sauce has a nice cayenne pepper kick, not overpowering though, with a vinegar flavor (typical for North Carolina, I think). The ribs were meaty and tender, and had a sweet glaze that paired well with the spicy sauce. The cole slaw & beans on the side were good, but the hush puppies were so-so.
