My Favorite Maggie Valley Restaurant
This is where I send my B&B guests when they want down-home country cooking for supper. I am a particular fan of the fried chicken and (real) mashed potatoes. YUM. Served with green beans cooked with ham, and sliced tomatoes, I am one happy diner.

The Carver family has had this place for years and years. Don't pass up the hot rolls, either.    [24 Jan 2002 13:54:16]
