Bad Service. Bad Food. Bad Manager.
This was the worst experience I've had in ages. The server was terrible. She took 20 minutes to get to our table. Took both our drink order and food order and left. She didn't bring our drinks until 10 minutes after she took the order. She messed up every order at our table. The food was cold, not cooked as ordered or not at all what was ordered. I do not recommend Sagebrush at all. We had a terrible experience.    [22 Apr 2004 18:59:05]

poor service
My family and I went to the Sagebrush in Monroe, nc Saturday night. We were
very disappointed with the service. First of all it took forever to get a table. We were promised 45min, but it took longer. This part we can understand
but the waitress we had was terribe. It was my mother's birthday and we wanted to have her sung to.. Well after waiting and waiting we got up , asked the hostess for our check and left. No one apoligized or even acted like they cared.. The 15%was included in the check and I think that it is wrong to do this .. A tip should be for good service!!!! The waitress knew her tip was included and she didn't care.. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last time we go to the Sagebrush.    [07 Feb 2006 19:52:09]
