Latitude 35, located inside the Sheraton Grand New Bern, is a fine dining restaurant. The restaurant offers a panoramic view of the Neuse River. The Sunday Champagne brunch offers fruits, cheeses, assorted pastries and meats. For those with more traditional tastes, the restaurant offers made-to-order omelets, cinnamon-laced French toast and pancakes.

The Friday night seafood buffet affords guests a selection of seafood, including oysters, shrimp, and a variety of prepared fish. The chef will carve prime rib with au jus or flambé Bananas Foster. The restaurant also offers a menu including special low carb features and nightly specials. Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
