Locally owned restaurant serving up pizza and pasta in a casual atmosphere. Rumor has it that people drive from as far away as Spartanburg for Sidestreet's pizza.

Side Street Pizza The service is always great, then waitresses are wonderful and the food is spectacular. The food is fast and hot from the kitchen. The waitress always filled up my cup with sweet tea but didn't sit there like that was her only job. She brought us our food promptly along with anything else we needed.
The wait can be extremely long on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, up to 1 hour. But people do come from as far away as Spartanburg. (That's where I am from!) I definitley recommend it to anyone who is looking for some good pizza. But I must add, if you are looking for a nice quiet place then this isn't it. The teens, and young adults come and hang out here. A very family friendly place though. [17 Oct 2006 17:16:01]

amazing I went to Sidestreet for the first time last weekend with some of my friends. I go to school in Spartanburg SC; we drove all the way up there and it was totally worth it. The wait was about 30 minutes on a Friday night but still amazing. [25 Mar 2009 16:45:03]

Awesome food I've been coming here for years-all of the way from Greenville, SC. It is a fun place to hang out and the food is awesome. We ALWAYS start out with the Italian Nachos and then will have a pizza. We try to mix and match the toppings each time we come. Sometimes we will order the nachos, wings and a small pizza (or 2) so we can sample all of our favorites and have leftovers for home!
The only downer is I think the servers are VERY slow and I have to wait forever on refills, anything extra, the ticket, etc. I don't think that in all of the years I've come I have ever been happy with the servers. The food does come out of the kitchen rather quickly, though.
During the summer there can be a long wait on the weekend, but it is worth it!! [03 Jun 2009 13:59:50]
