Best Tex Mex in Wilmington
The food tastes incredibly fresh and is always great. Tuesday and Thursday 1$ Taco Nights are the best time to eat at Carolina Cantina. The service is spectacular, prompt and friendly. I always feel relaxed when I go to eat at Carolina Cantina, and even on busy nights you don't feel too crowded like you do at most resturants. I go at least once a week to my favorite resturant. worst mexican food, ever
On 8/30/07 we stopped in for dinner, and I had to send my food back. I ordered the blue crab enchilada, and the cheese was salty and separated. I sent it back and ordered a chicken taco which was much better, but still had the highly processed velveeta type of cheese.
No one else in our party really thought very highly of the food.
