Local and great quality in food, service.
If you are a local or visiting from out of town, the King Neptune is definitley worth a visit for dinner at the beach.

The menu has is a mix of favorite dishes from its 50 year history to contemporary Caribbean and island fare. I would suggest starting with their house salad with homemade blue cheese and cracked pepper on top and a bowl of their New England clam chowder.

Whatever your main course, end it with either their Death by Chocolate or Key Lime pie. The atmosphere gives a Tropical Feel year round, ranges from kid friendly to a cozy place for couples. It is locally owned and a nice alternative to the Big Box dining on the mainland.    [25 Feb 2006 15:56:05]
