Why they call it Texas

Great food
This restaurant has a huge following (I'd say about 75% of the people there on any given Friday night are regulars.) Portions are large, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. The restaurant is in a farming community, so many of the workers are farmers' kids and wives, and many of the regulars are farmers and their friends. Since we are regulars and know almost every worker, they usually bring our favorite drinks without asking and know how we like our food done, so I'm not sure what the service is like for a first-time guest.
