Paris?
I felt like I was back in Paris. This place is really something out of Europe. The decor was wonderful and the food was exceptional. It is hard to believe it is in a small town in Nebraska.    [21 Oct 2003 13:17:11]

Paraphrasing someone, "I don't know what it looks like but I know it when I eat it!" I had the rabbit when I ate there on a hunting trip a few years ago and I still recall it to about the best dish I have ever tasted. Toto, I know I'm not in Kansas anymore.

Bohemian Catalyst
"Bohemian Catalyst" should be the featured cocktail admix the "potential-artist-colony-feel" of the Black Crow's village. Business ventures of Beatrice should add to the Crow's venue.

My only negative comments relate to the minor details such as the silverware and the poor font menu. A little "brushing up" may add to the restaurant's brilliant touch upon the public.

Best Thing Going for Beatrice
This unexpected gem of a restaurant surprised and delighted us! We were very impressed by the extensive menu, upscale decor, and the waitstaff. The quality and quantity (and price!) of the food were outstanding. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and had great timing.
