On 9/17/04 the service is terrible through the drive through. I was there, ordered, paid for my order and then waited to receive my food. When I got to the window, I got my drink and was told it would be 30 seconds for the fries and would I please pull over to the reserved parking spots. This was not problem if it had been just for the 30 seconds, but I waited 4 minutes for my food and then discovered the fries were not even hot, luke warm is more like it. I had chicken nuggets and chicken select and they were both lukewarm. Would I visit this store again, probably not real soon.
I feel if you are going to ask a customer to pull over and park to wait for their food, the food then should be fresh and hot when you receive it, especially when you were told they were waiting on the fries to finish cooking.    [17 Sep 2004 18:58:21]
