Best Mexican food!!
Rositas has the best Mexican food I have found! It is authentic and truely worth a trip to Scottsbluff, NE. My favorite is their Nachos or their Poncho's (nachos w/ beans) Everytime I make a trip to Scottsbluff we have to eat at Rositas, My husband is from the East Coast and has never experienced great Mexican food until visiting Scottsbluff with me.
