Where's the Chicken?
I stopped at this Burger King restaurant to pick up the Grilled Chicken Garden Salad. I received the salad as requested and the sweet onion dressing, but NO chicken. I didn't realize this until I got back to work and began putting things on the salad - the dressing, croutons, but NO chicken. Not being able to leave work again just to get my chicken, I called to let them know I was missing my chicken. I called a total of 6 times and not one person answered the phone! Did they think I was going to bother them at lunch time just for a social call? Of course not, I have more sense than that. I wanted to let them know I was missing the chicken and would stop by after work to get the chicken bits. Now I'm going to ask for another salad and TWO bags of chicken since I was so inconvenienced by them ignoring my phone call. After all, how can they fix a problem if they won't answer the phone and find out there was a problem? I'll try to be fair-minded with my ratings.    [07 Apr 2005 13:03:10]
