Service Needs Help
Stood in line for at least 10 minutes while they tried to figured out if the last person paid or not. Then one girl working explained that everyone was new and didn't know anything. She was very rude to the other workers and was very loud.    [29 May 2006 11:23:37]

Horrible
I can't comment on the food because I never actually got any. Waited 15 minutes after ordering and paying with only 3 people ahead of us. After that time the person in front of us was informed that they didn't have what he ordered ready and it would be another 15 minutes. The assembly of our order was being done gradually over this period, with the result, I'm sure, being cold food. I insisted on my money back, which the person at the counter brought the manager over for. He gave it to me, silently, and we left. It wasn't the wait, specifically, but the attitude of everyone there. No one acting as if there was any urgency to anything. The place was also filthy, with crud at the bottom of all of the condement dispensers, dirty tables, and unkept bathrooms. The "manager" was a young man who blended in well with everyone else, with no one taking charge and no one caring. Where oh where are the owners of this place?    [12 Jun 2006 09:15:50]
