The best pizza crust on earth Pizza Market's pizza crust is, without a doubt, the best I have ever had. With other pizzas we tend to eat the middle of the pizza and give the dog the crust - at Pizza Market, the dog goes without. I can't get enough of the crisp, yet chewy, crust. I keep eating the crust even after I'm full just because the crust is so totally awesome! Oh, and we travel 40 miles just for this pizza. [13 Jan 2007 22:31:01]

Owner willing to dock employees pay for his poor service! When I first started going to Pizza Market I really enjoyed their food and service. Within the past few months the service has gone way downhill. They are late to deliver, the orders are almost always incorrect and today the owner himself told me that he was going to dock an employees pay because I called him on his poor service. The situation started out well, I ordered my food at 5:00pm and told the girl on the phone please tell your driver I'm sorry that he has to deliver with the roads the way they are but I have 2 kids that I would rather not take out. She laughed and said no problem. At 6:00pm still no food. I called and said that I ordered an hour ago and was wondering if my order had gone out yet. The young man on the other end said it had gone out at 5:42. At 6:20 I called yet again and told them I would like to cancel my order because I didn't want cold food. They called me 15 minutes later and told me that they were not going to reimburse me because they were told not to. I asked to speak to the owner. When he got on the phone I told him the situation and he said "I don't care if you come here 10 times a week" I don't want to lose money because you canceled your order. I told him I live 5 minutes down the road, 10 minutes in bad weather, I understand if there are other orders but an hour and 20 minutes is too long and that I wanted to be reimbursed. He told me that in order to reimburse me he was going to have to "dock the poor little girl up front's pay." I at this point am very upset for the young lady and my situation and guiltily said do what you have to do. Now I ask you the consumer do you really want to do buy from someone who isn't looking out for his employees or customer satisfaction? [13 Feb 2008 23:47:51]
