This place is "Da Bomb"! We found out that it is under new management and decided to make a "special trip".Take it from the boys of New York. It took a lot of pizza tryouts in New England to find a place that has a pie with the qualities that made New York pizza so famous. We found it man!!

Question: What exactly is a New York pizza?

Answer:
1- It has a crust that does not allow the tip of the slice to point at your knee caps when folded.

2- It should possess qualities that would enlighten your senses in that texture and taste are acting in harmony. A thin crust that has a firm crust layer on the outer surface yet soft on the inner surface.

3- A sauce that neither is overbearing or boring.

4- Cheese that allows just the right amount of oil to show itself on the top - yet does not challenge the Mideast oil rich fields.

5- Can cause a fight when the battle is over the last slice of the pie. (A reason for a lot of gang wars that happened in the Bronx).
