Not so fresh fish
I went to the restaurant on Friday, May 25th with my girlfriend. We were left sitting for a while before being waited on. Strike one.

Tried the "fresh" swordfish from the daily specials menu. It was obviously previously frozen. This is my favorite fish and I have eaten and cooked lots of it. Strike two.

After my first bite, I could tell from the chewy texture it was not fresh. There was no flaking of the flesh at all - sort of like that reconstituted chicken.

When I complained to the manager, she said "it was fresh for us when we received it this morning", failing to own up to the fact that it was not fresh. Strike three.    [26 May 2007 23:57:55]
