Best subs ever
If you're craving a great menu, made with outstanding ingredients and excellent service, then you need to try Bill Cahill's Super Subs! We've been going there for 12+ years, and have never been dissatisfied. In a world where large chains with mediocre service often take over (you want fries with that?), these guys remind you what it means to offer your customers nothing but the best. The pricing is only slightly higher than other local shops, but the large portions and much better taste more than make up for it! Whether you choose to dine-in at their counter or carry-out to catch the Pats game at home, your food is served fast and fresh. I know of people who drive from Massachusetts to enjoy the food! Cahill's Know a Super Stuff
This is an awesome restaurant for take out subs. The quality of the food is awesome and the size of the subs... Amazingly Huge... Best Subs in N.H.
Have yet to purchase a better/bigger sub in NH.(Since 1970) Am from Boston. Can Be crowded and Busy at Times because of the Good product.    [28 Aug 2004 12:36:15]

Good subs but not great subs
The subs here are good, if you can get them to get the order right. About half the time they don't get it right. They don't listen to you when taking your order. Good when in the neighborhood but not worth going out of your way for.    [10 Jul 2006 20:02:58]

The best subs in the world
If you pay attention to what is going on at Cahills you'll notice that the people who work there memorize the orders instead of writing them down. The ingredients are always fresh and the subs are huge. I would try the Steak Bomb or Streak Egg and Cheese. They are the best subs in the world.
