Eagle Mountain House Offers Variety This hotel provides a casual restaurant that offers many choices to meet the needs of its hotel guests.
In addition to an extensive menu offering appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees, nightly specials and desserts; the wine list is basic and affordable.
The Sunday champagne brunch is a good value and is probably the best in the entire White Mountains. This restaurant serves breakfast daily and is a sure bet before teeing off at the hotel's golf course which is just across the road!
While service is very friendly, the staff can be inattentive at times. [24 Jun 2006 07:46:42]

Going Home... This was our third visit to the Eagle Mountain House in the past two years. We are happy to report this restaurant continues to improve itself.
We find dining at Highfields often provides us with an extraordinary value for our money. Thursday evening is what we call "locals night" and recently we enjoyed a great four-course Italian dinner for only $14.95!
And then on Friday night we had their Steak & Shrimp dinner for TWO which was only $25.95!
And in both instances, these dinner were not skimpy little portions...rather, very good food an incredible price.
But we have to be honest and say our favorite still is their incredible Sunday Champagne Brunch. We have seen an even great selection of desserts...though we rarely have much room left for them, especially with a long drive back to the City. Brunch now offers more diverse live music which is very enjoyable, as well.
Bottom line, the Eagle Mountain House's Highfields dining room is a great destination...for couples and families! [21 Sep 2007 11:09:34]
