Great Food
My family and I visited Crofter's Pub in July. The food was incredible. Chef Glen visited our table-a very pleasant and talented young man. We hope to make a trip north again and will definitely make a stop at Crofter's Pub a highlight of our vacation.    [28 Dec 2001 11:18:49]

On my way though woods to Crofters Pub I went
About a year ago, my husband and I stop at Crofters Pub for a early dinner not knowing the establishment or having it recommended to us. To my surprise, It was fantastic. Everything was prepared just the we wanted it and the help was eager to get my husband and I anything extra that we needed. We like it so much that we stayed for an after dinner drink at the bar. The bartender, I think her name was Cheryl, was very sweet and right on the ball. She even knew how to make a usual drink that most time when I ask for it the bartender doesn't know who to make it. Over all the place was charming, the food was delicious, and the service people were timely and polite. Thank for the nice memory Crofters Employees and thanks for having this website. A Litchfield Resident
Litchfield needs a family restaurant to service its growing population of families. Crofter's Pub does NOT meet that definition. The food tends to be of English fare, not something which many people consider "normal". The restaurant area has been made smaller recently by the addition of several more pool tables.

On a positive note, the hamburgers are fairly good. The restaurant also has a full liquor license.    [17 Apr 2003 14:04:38]
