Beware... There will not be a next time!
The owner of this restaurant was incredibly rude -- I am amazed he remains in business. Upon arrival on a Tuesday evening they initially encouraged our group of six to come in but then the owner made a point to say "next time we really should make reservations". We should have walked out then, but did respond "there probably won't be a next time." Only two of the party of six enjoyed their meals. Getting water was even a chore.

The kicker was when we left and we asked for our coats several times (which were taken from us upon arrival) and the owner rudely pointed to the back of the room so we could retrieve them ourselves.

We will NEVER recommend this establishment or return there again. And since bad news travels fast, you can bet my very large company that hosts a number of meetings in Atlantic City will be appropriately warned.

A Wonderful gem in Atlantic City!
This is the one place we have to go to everytime we are in Atlantic City. The owners are wonderful, treat you like family and the service has always been terrific.

If there is something on the menu that you like, but want it with a different sauce or side, it is never a problem. The chef seems happy to do something custom just for you. The wine list is very good and the bar service is good as well.

Small intimate place, maybe 20 tables, but well worth the stop. Maybe the other reviewer hit a bad night, I have yet to and I have been there many times.

Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys fine cooked to order Italian food in a lovely romantic setting.    [15 Sep 2004 16:12:54]

Fabulous!
