Seafood by the Bay The food, service and views are excellent. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. The owners, chef and hostess do a wonderful job. I recommend dining on the deck at sunset - it's breath taking! Prices are very reasonable. The facility is a little worn and a bit difficult to find, but well worth the trip. [02 Nov 2006 09:35:22]

Pretty good We found this restaurant on this site. We are staying in Brigantine, the first town north of Atlantic City. I agree that the place is a little difficult to find. We were happy that we had a new GPS navigator in our car because we needed it. The restaurant is right on the edge of a residential neighborhood and overlooks a waterway. We made reservations for 6 o'clock, but it looked like we could have walked in and been seated. We were able to sit on the outside deck. The "show" was watching a water police officer pulling boats "over" and giving out tickets. The prices were good for this area in the summer time -- entrees about $17 - $28. I had crab cakes and was asked if I wanted them sauteed or broiled. They were pretty good. They came with a baked potato and some very soggy, old looking steamed vegetables. My husband had baked stuffed shrimp which he enjoyed, although at the moment (about 3 hours after the meal) he has a stomach ache. Service did seem to be good for all the tables around us. We had to ask the bus boy to send our waiter over to take our order and then he was MIA for much of the time. There were several family celebrations going on and it does seem that this would be a good place for a family birthday meal for non-gourmet diners who enjoy solid, if uninspired, cooking.
