Excellent family meal
We went to the Chesterfield Inn for dinner on Easter Sunday with 8 people and had a great time.

They had a special Easter menu which had a very good selection. I think we ordered every thing off the entire menu.

We started the afternoon with Clams Casino and Fried Antipasto. The Clams Casino was excellent and very tasty. The antipasto was different from a normal one in that it was fried eggplant, cheese and fried sausage.

All the meals came with either soup or salad, baked potato and steamed vegetables. I had the Prime Rib which was cooked just right and was very tasty.

My mother had the Chicken Chesterfield. I have never heard anyone who has gotten that dish complain.

My wife got the ham which she said was very good. My sister In-Law got the scallops. While my daughter and godmother got the stuffed chicken and my godfather got the Veal Parmesan.

Overall everyone had excellent meals and a good time.

I always like going to the Chesterfield Inn because the service and food is always excellent and the prices are reasonable.    [27 Mar 2008 09:17:07]
