An incredible place to go
I tasted the fire roasted crab cakes and they were out of this world. The service was prompt. The waiters were very cheerful. I highly recommend the Adelphia restaurant to everyone. The night life in the bar is something to see.    [21 Jan 2002 16:08:06]

Not quite up to most diners
After eating out at a few diners, recently we went to Adelphia expecting a special treat. Well, what we got was not. I suggest not ordering any meats or foods that may be dangerous if poorly handled or prepared. Do not look into the kitchen if you want to finish your meal. We said hello to the hostess, then shuffled to our seats and ordered. The waitress was exceptional and professional. The food came out very fast which was nice as we were hungry. Maybe to fast, because it taked like convection oven prepackaged food. It was at best unsettling. If you like hearing kitchen help being berated in Greek and Spanish this is the place for you. Major hype over nothing
After hearing great things about Adelphia we decided to eat there. It was not tragic, the place looked nice but the food is was on the lower end of even casino cafeteria food. As the one review said, do not order food that can be dangerous if poorly handled since the place does have a certain poor odor, but the portions were a good size. Poor management
We had to deal with Adelphia's management twice, and they were extremely rude! Both times they had made huge errors but they did not once apologize. They were only good at giving deplorable attitude. They are low class and we will never deal with them again!    [04 Oct 2004 08:33:44]

Friday Nite out
It was a friday nite, April 8th 2005 to be exact. It was a group of 10. It was my Brother-in-law's birthday. He had no clue what we had prepared for him.
Dinner reservation was for 7:30-8pm. Our table was not ready but it was OK. The place was busy and we understand.
So we stood at the bar drinking. When we arrived at the table our waitress wasn't too cool. She did not introduce herself. She had this nasty face on her. Some silverware was set on some tables, but not on others. I can say the food was awesome. All of us enjoyed our meals, and we had a good time. I would say if they had better waitresses who were not so grumpy and didn't make a nasty face and didn't forget some of our meal, it would be better. but other than that it was really good.    [12 Apr 2005 15:34:57]

Saturday night date
I went to Adelphia's this past Saturday night on a date with my husbnad. We had such a great time! The waitresses and the bartenders were excellent even though they were extremely busy.
