Complaints
1. Our order took over an hour and 1/4 to be served.
2. Vegetables were tough and dried out.
3. Salmon was dried out, like it was heated in microwave.
4. Rice wasn't cooked fully
5. Chicken was dried out like it was reheated.
6. Waitress took forever to come to table.
7. We were seated near kitchen were bar drinks are mixed and observed one waitress mixing drinks and stirring with a straw then licking the straw after each drink.
8. Another waitress was eating cherries out of the cherry jar or glass for the drinks every time she came back for a drink.
9. There were as many as 4 waitress at the bar section just talking. While people were waiting to be waited on.

When we complained and asked to see the manager, nobody came. However, the waitress said she would take one dish off bill. She said that the salmon dish was supposed to be like that. It had to be cooked a long time. This is not acceptable.

I paid my bill of $65.81. I am an experienced cook and you do not grill salmon for one hour. Not only was the food unsatisfactory, but our waitress lied or does not know how to cook salmon. Neither does the manager, since the waitress claimed it was the manager that said this. We came to have a nice dinner out which we have had in your restaurant before, but this was a complete disgrace.    [14 Mar 2008 20:53:52]
