Fantastic Food, Fabulous Setting A terrific place for a romantic date, the gourmet restaurant at Renault Winery is never boring. The menu is constantly changing, so you can't get into a rut eating there. The concept of choosing only your entrees, with all the other courses "coming with," adds an element of adventure and surprise. The food is always well-prepared and tasty and very elegantly served. The classy setting is both impressive and relaxing. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food they serve. [17 Nov 2001 15:18:25]

My favorite restaurant 7 years running Everything about this restaurant is amazing. From the booths made from old wine barrels, to the incredible desserts, the nice music in the background...and especially the price! I've never once gone away from the Winery and felt like anything was missing. The 6 courses, 2 wine tastings are enough, but if you want to accent your meal with one of their incredible desserts or gourmet coffee, you can do that too. The ONLY problem I may have is the service. At times it's a bit slow and unorganized. But this dinner is truly an experience. You should expect to spend a good 2-3 hours here, if not more. Food: Service: Ambiance: Overall: Recommended Dishes: Can't go wrong with the black angus, but it's a waste when you consider all the other specialties on the menu. The blueberry champagne is award-winning, and the strawberry fondue is incredible.

Gourmet dining at its best! We went to the Gourmet Restaurant on New Years Eve for the first time. I couldn't believe how good it was considering it was a holiday and the place was packed! The food was elegant and tasty... very creative as well. My next trip will be for Valentines Day. Book early, they fill up quick! [26 Jan 2004 15:49:13]
