A Stunning Revival
My fiance and I used to visit this restaurant when it was Gervasios. The atmosphere was a bit dull but the Italian Food was authentic and delicious. When the new owners took over and in turn changed the name to Giordanos, they took a whole different approach. They changed the menu too fast, they changed the food choices too drastically and they literally bit off more than they could chew. We gave the restaurant chance after chance but the quality did not improve. We decided to give Giordanos one more try and to our suprise, the owner Gary had brought back some of the favorites, including delicious pizza, special salads, wings and extremely well prepared and delicious Italian dishes. They also changed the atmosphere, enlarged the bar, added new seating and decorated the restaurant to give it a very comfortable, very sociable feel. WHAT A TURNAROUND. The crowds have come back to Giordanos because the owners realized that they needed to return to some of the old school methods, gradually add their own flair and cheer up the ambience. Horrible! Nasty food and owners
When it was Gervasio's the owner did all he could to please. The pizza was fantastic and the meals were perfect. The new owners are very rude to the workers and the customers. All the good Pizza guys and cooks left. I have never had such a horrible restaurant experience until we ate there. They will never last with such bad attitudes.    [10 Jul 2007 14:15:58]

Terrible!
Took my family to celebrate my birthday. The service was horrible! None of the orders came out together. Some were under cooked, some were burned. Couldn't get a waitress to pay any attention to us. Service was unbelieveable. I can't understand how they are still in business. It was absolutly the worst birthday dinner ever. I can't comment on the food because it wasn't even edible.
