A Friendly Place But Needs Update
Friendly wait staff and pretty fast service, though they've gotten lazy. No specials, only the soup changes -- it's time to offer other specials or totally update the menu. The ladies room at least needs a renovation. The bar is great if you're a beer drinker, but they run out of other things like liquors. Bad wiring on outside light over patio should be fixed before patio opens for the season. Hate to see a nice, friendly local place with decent food going down the tubes because of lack of a little investment in themselves!    [16 Mar 2007 13:23:59]

Theo's is great for events...
No time to prep the banquet room for the event due to consecutive booking, running out of food before everyone is fed (the last quarter skimped so there would be something for everyone else), chasing down silverware, napkins and your deposit, plastic water glasses, assorted desserts=small platter of cookies, what, do you need coffee and tea? They keep forgetting the ladies room!
I think the employees are great. They have good pub food and the soups are terrific! I must agree with the reviewer that said they needed an update. Well, they now have great new TVs, making it a great sports bar. They started to add some specials back on the menu, and they even fixed that stupid light out on the patio -- but what about the Ladies Room? There's a light over the stalls that hasn't worked for over a year, the place always has a towel dispenser, toilet paper roll holder, or something else broken, and it's so small that that if you're using the hand blower, you're blocking one of the stalls! Outside, the sewage (toilet paper and all) bubbles out onto the street on occasion -- I know of many former customers who avoid this place just because of the restrooms. Maybe the male owners should be forced to inspect the rooms once in a while - maybe the men's rooms are worse and they don't know any better!    [06 Dec 2007 15:16:06]

Great Food!
