I live in Hoboken and I eat out at least 5 times a month. I was pleasantly surprised when someone told me to check this place out. It's a breath of fresh air in a town of "roasted peppers and mozzarella". Their brunch is outstanding!! Eggs Benedict on buttermilk biscuits... and the French Toast is the best in town. Dinner is even better... their Hanger Steak was terrific and my fiance had the Red Snapper and she loved it as well. I highly recommend this place.    [08 Jan 2004 12:54:48]

Hip in Hoboken
When I first walked past this place, I instantly fell in love with its minimal, sleek design. The food was no disappointment ~ the menu is innovative but stays true to some authentic American comfort food (did anyone say mac and cheese?).
