Top: United States: NJ: Marlton Description "Cheer's" reborn in South Jersey. A friendly pub environment where friends get together to relax and socialize. The historical building, located on Main Street in downtown Marlton, New Jersey offers guests a quaint yet elegant experience. Hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and brick facing give the Tavern an Old-world style all its own. Available are a casual 35 seat bar, a sun porch overlooking historic Marlton, a secluded dining room for up to four and two upstairs dining rooms. The bartenders, especially a female named Jackie, is very friendly and very sweet but has no idea how to make a drink or even what it is that you are drinking the second time around. In addition, you may order one drink and get something totally different poured from the bottle of what you requested. The manager is very rude and phony. The waitresses are the worse. The only thing that the Tavern has is the nice people that frequent the bar. You never know if you are speaking to a bartender, a drug dealer, a judge, the owner of a car dealership or just a CEO of a large corporation. The D.J. on Thursday and Friday knows how to make people grove to the music. The owner has no sense of how to run a tavern but all in all he is making it work and you can have fun ther [23 Jan 2003 16:15:06] Above and beyond service The best pub/bar in the area!! Bar-None! Go there - it's worth the trip.
