The Best Mexican Food on the East Coast I moved from New Jersey 4 years ago and the best Mexican Restaurant on the East Coast is the Mexican Food Factory. I'm living in Florida and when I go home to visit the first Place I'm going for dinner is the Mexican Food Factory. My daughter went home Labor Day and she had dinner there, and she said it was so good!, I address this to the OWNER, please move your Restaurant to South Florida, we live in Jupiter, nothing close to the best Mexican food ever and we have lots of sun all the time. I will be happy to work for you free, just to have din [04 Sep 2002 14:54:00]

It's on the inside that counts Every time I drive by the Mexican Food Factory, I think, what a dump. The outside looks like a real slum. My friends convinced me to check it out. I was amazed with what I saw, what I ate, and the service that was provided. You certainly can not judge a book by its cover. This place gets 2 thumbs up! [18 Nov 2002 17:43:53]

OLE! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Yes, the outside looks like a scary purple slab of concrete, yet, soon as you step inside its AWESOME! Love the salsa, love the food, love the bar. [09 Dec 2002 12:29:12]

What a surprise! Having traveled a lot, the outside actually looks like an actual local Mexican restaurant, but for this urban area, does look a bit 'run-down'. I never tried it until my wife explained how fantastic it is. Since then, it's on the 'top 5' list for our nights out! If you are interested in something a bit different and TOTALLY enjoyable, try MFF! [15 Dec 2002 13:00:47]

Consistantly excellent for years I've been going to The Mexican Food Factory (MFF) ever since it was converted from an old gas station in the early eighties. It has remained the best mexican restaurant I have ever been to over all those years. I have had mexican meals in Texas, New Mexico, California, etc. and have never had a mexican meal as good as what I consistantly get from MFF! [31 Dec 2002 13:59:16]

Love it! I live in San Diego, CA now, originally from NJ. This place is the real thing. Suggestion: try MIXING all 3 salsas together. It's a great combo! Enjoy! [23 Jun 2003 01:28:50]
Food: Service: Ambiance: Overall: Recommended Dishes: Buddin Azteca or the MFF Burrito. Chicken is great. Just ask for NO LETTUCE, as the lettuce makes it too 'watery'.

The BEST Mexican food!!! I have been going to MFF for 15 years and it still remains my all time favorite place for Mexican food. The service, the food and the atmosphere are always excellent, and I love the artwork! [19 Mar 2004 14:53:39]
Food: Service: Ambiance: Overall: Recommended Dishes: Tuna tacos, the best guacamole I've ever had!

Try it... you won't be disappointed! When I moved to Moorestown from California, I thought I'd see the last of good Mexican food. In fact, the first 2 or 3 years I refused to even try an "east coast" Mexican restaurant. I'm so glad I changed my mind! MFF really is the best Mexican food on the east coast... not to mention the margaritas! [25 Apr 2004 11:11:20]
Food: Service: Ambiance: Overall: Recommended Dishes: The Kick Ass Chicken is the best!
Skeptic no more!
Eating there since I was a kid I grew up in South Jersey all my life, and grew up on The Mexican Food Factory. And now, years later, after graduating from college and moving out to Philadelphia, I still crave their signature cheese! And the salsa! Oh its all amazing! Everything you try! And the service is always great. This, by far, is the best resturant I know. [10 Jul 2005 15:29:11]
