Great Casual Dining and Fine Italian Fare We have eaten at the Spaghetti house about 20 times in the past year. For anyone who loves pasta and true Italian cooking, this is the spot to be. Meals come with soup (choice of two), salad, unlimited garlic bread and the main course. We are always too full to enjoy dessert, and usually wind up taking leftovers home with us. Service is friendly and quick, although you may have to wait for a table on a Saturday night. Priced for the family to dine! [09 Oct 2004 18:10:16]

Fantastic My family has been coming to The Spaghetti House since I was a little girl and they were located on Route 70. The food is wonderful, the portions are huge, and the bread is divine. Any and all local folks should definitely make this a regular spot to dine. [30 Mar 2006 10:14:50]

Excellent Food, Terrible Service My wife and I just returned from dinner at the Spaghetti House, and although the food was excellent, the service was absolutely terrible.
Although I am not a “Regular”, I dined at the Spaghetti House as a high school student on my first date in 1983, when it was in the Shop Rite shopping center. While away at college, I always made a point to have at least one meal at the Spaghetti House when I was home for break. After 10 years living in New York and Philadelphia, I met my wife locally and brought her to meet my mother for the first time at the Spaghetti House about 6 years ago.
Having two young daughters, a professional wife and running a business, we rarely have the time or energy to eat out. We made arrangements for a babysitter, and chose the Spaghetti House for the excellent food and fond memories. We were looking forward to a treat on a rare night out.
Unfortunately, we were sitting between 2-3 tables of “Regulars”, and waited an hour for our entrees. The “Regular” customers were served each course before us, even though we had arrived before them, and had been waiting for quite awhile. The waitresses even sat down at the table of their “Regular” customers, and we had to listen to their conversations throughout the entire meal.
As I understand you need to take good care of regular customers, it should NOT be at the expense of other customers. Another couple near us, who were also not “Regulars”, complained about the slow service as well. The service was so poor that it overshadowed the very good food, and ruined a special night out for us. With service like we received today from at this restaurant, we will unfortunately, never become “Regulars” at the Spaghetti House. [10 Feb 2007 10:25:51]
