Horrible Service
After being seated and waiting ten minutes, we had to flag down a waiter for menus. Another 10-15 minutes pass, and we had to flag down a waiter again to take our order. He didn't even bother to ask if we would like something to drink, so we all just told him our dinner order. Two people in my party ordered soups, they had to ask for spoons for the soup. To our surprise the spoons were in the soup already! At this point we have not received our drinks yet. We thought they could not handle a party of 7, but a table next to us, which was a family of 3 had horrible service also, 2 out of the 3 got their dinners, and the third member got his dinner 20 minutes later.
I have to say, the food is not bad. I don't know if I would go back.    [09 Nov 2005 14:31:37]

Growing pains
Over the past few years we have gone to Banditos many times, mostly because it is so close to our home. In the begining the service was slow and the food was great. Since then they have gone through a few menu changes and while my favorite ribs have vanished the Chicken Ranch Tacos are a tasty substitue. Drink prices could be a bit lower but overall the service has improved dramatically over the years and the food is good.    [28 May 2008 21:39:27]
